Refund Policy
Effective October 1, 2026
Our refund terms are simple: your deposit is fully refundable until orders open.
Deposits
Reserving Auren One costs a $20 deposit. The deposit period runs from October 1 through November 1, 2026. Your deposit is fully refundable at any time until orders open on November 1. No conditions, no restocking fee and no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Email refunds@aurencomputer.com from the address you reserved with and ask for your deposit back. We process approved refunds within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
After Orders Open
Once orders open, your deposit is applied to the price of your Auren One and is no longer refundable on its own. If you complete your purchase and the unit is defective on arrival, the warranty terms below apply.
If We Cancel Your Order
If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, including limited unit availability, we refund your deposit in full, always.
Warranty and Defects
Every Auren One includes a one year limited warranty from the delivery date. If your unit arrives defective or fails within the warranty period, we repair or replace it at no cost to you.
