Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

When you join the early-access list or place a reservation, we collect the email address you provide. We also record basic technical information such as browser type and the pages you visit so the site keeps working as intended.

How We Use It

We use your email to confirm your early-access status, notify you before orders open and handle reservation and refund requests. We use site statistics in aggregate to understand what works and what needs improving.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not share your details for other companies' marketing.

On-Device Data

Auren One is designed so your personal and confidential data stays with you. Once you own an Auren One, your files, conversations and agent history are stored on your computer, not on our servers. When a task needs a higher-level cloud model, only that specific request is sent.

Storage and Security

The information we do hold is encrypted in transit and stored on systems with restricted access. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes described here, or as required by law.

Service Providers

A small number of providers help us deliver email and process payments. They may process your information only to perform services on our behalf and under obligations consistent with this policy.

Cookies

This site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary to keep it functioning. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing privacy@aurencomputer.com. You can also stop receiving our emails at any time using the link in any message.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy here and, where appropriate, let you know by email.
